Chiagozie Fawole began her Real Estate investing journey during her medical training, as an anesthesiology resident in Brooklyn, NY. After her first attempt at a flip 300 miles away, she decided to turn to the more “stable” life of rental properties - getting a 12-unit apartment complex as her first.

Now a Pediatric Anesthesiologist in Syracuse, NY, she blends her love for rehab and rentals by focusing on off-market multifamily properties that need work. She is the Founder of
